General information about K&S. We have these on display in the lobby. There are two expos that K&S attends to hand out brochures and promotional materials. Teachers are welcome to come and solicit new students. All teachers’ bios are listed on our website www.kandsmusic.org.
Each teacher has a bio page to themselves. Please answer the following questions that will help build your faculty page. If you would like us to include a link to your website on your K&S page, please include a link to K&S on your website.
What instruments do you teach?
What ages do you teach?
What are your degrees and/or educational background?
What types of lessons do you offer?
What time lengths of lessons do you offer?
What sets you apart from other teachers?
What is a typical lesson like with you?
What is something you like to do in your spare time?
Tell me 3 to 5 words that best describe your teaching style.
Please send your answers to Sarah Mensen (mensen.sarah@gmail.com)
Look at our website for suggestions if needed on what other teachers have done. Please let Sarah know if you have any future updates on your page.
K&S manages a database of local school teachers. K&S emails this list on a monthly basis. The best way to get new students is through local teachers and getting to know the students at these schools. If you are interested in offering any type of service (master class, instrument demonstration, lead a sectional rehearsal, etc.) to a local school teacher please fill out the form below.
