Thank you for your willingness to embark on group instruction at K&S! We are so fortunate to have such versatile and talented faculty. While group classes are not new to K&S, the number and diversity of our offerings is increasing which makes marketing for these classes more challenging. To assist us in this venture, we are implementing the following policies regarding group classes.
K&S will offer marketing for a camp, class or “special project” day such as MEA or an Open House.
Marketing will include:
50 flyers. Sarah will design a flyer specific to your class using details you provide (see below). The flyer template will be provided to the instructor for unlimited copies and distribution. Instructors may create their own flyer but it must be approved in advance by K&S and use K&S exclusive logo, fonts and colors in the design.
2 MailChimp email marketing releases to our student list of 1,500 email addresses.
Listed on K&S website.
Open for people to sign-up through the K&S website.
Once you fill out the group class form we will work with you to find the perfect start date for your class based on the following factors.
Enough time for K&S to create all marketing materials.
Enough time to get the word out about the class.
Fitting the number of classes within a semester.
We are open to any/all suggestions for marketing and encourage faculty to promote their own classes through all means available. As the number of our offerings increases, and yet our marketing budget does not, we hope that faculty will be willing to take a greater role in the marketing of their own classes.
